sabong betThe Detroit Tigers are facing off against the Arizona Diamondbacks in their final series before the MLB trade deadline. On the other side of the field, the Tigers have a player they are very interested in.
betvisaFortunately for the Tigers, according to a new report from Mark Feinsand of MLB.com, the Tigers are among four teams named as 'primary teams' in the race for Diamondbacks slugger Eugenio Suarez.
ji777'The market for Eugenio Suarez is beginning to shape up with less than 30 hours until the trade deadline,' Feinsand reports. 'Per sources, the Mariners, Cubs, Tigers, and Phillies are considered the primary teams in the race for the All-Star third baseman.'
Suarez had an injury scare against the Tigers when he was hit by a pitch on his hand, but he's back in the lineup two days later, a sigh of relief for every team interested in the Diamondbacks slugger.
Suarez, in his 12th season, made his second All-Star team and has been one of the game's best sluggers this season. He leads all of baseball in RBIs with 87, and has 36 home runs on the year, right behind Shohei Ohtani and Kyle Schwarber for the NL home run lead.

With only four other teams currently atop the bidding war for Suarez, Detroit has a solid chance to reunite with Suarez after a decade between stints.
He began his career in Detroit in 2014, and could be making his return to the club if the Tigers can work out a deal with the Diamondbacks. Their asking price is, justifiably, high. But the Tigers are in pursuit and among the primary suitors in the race for Suarez.
Detroit is looking to land Saurez at the trade deadline, and this report from Feinsand is great news amid their pursuit. If the Diamondbacks trade Suarez, based on this report from Feinsand, the Tigers have a solid chance to land him.
